The school in which I serve as a Principal has been implementing programmes on sustainability for many years. This specific programme seems to be interesting in highlighting the history of playing which is lost in the mists of time. This particular meaning is connected with the children, through which they expand their thoughts, they learn to overcome difficulties, they sharpen their critical thinking and they explore their surroundings. It seems interesting to me to highlight the fact that through times the form and means of playing have changed even in the same cultural environment.
