In the morning we learnt stages of speaking activities .It was very essential for me to plan my speaking lessons and I think the most important part was pre-speaking because a good preparation is the half of the lesson.If teacher doesn't know what and how to do it is impossible to teach target task.
I also learn correction types and ''hedging'' was a new term for me in modelling.
As for activities ,Flipgrid activity was so enjoyable and easy to implement so I can use it in my classes.
The best activity today was Paper Slide because it was creative and funny.It adresses   more senses and I mean four main skills (speaking,writing,reading and listening) and creativity,as well. 
I also learn a new Web 2.0 tool(Clarisketch).
The best learning outcome is to arrange differentiation because I considered that I hadn't considered weak students.

I think that the most essential part of this day for me Flipping the Class in ELT because especially in Corona days it became more and more important.I used it last year but I wasn't feeling  I had enough knowledge on it while implementing in my classes.Today ,I learnt it exactly so I am readier now:)
I also revised Types of Instruction and ''ICQs'' was a new term for me.

I think Grammar teaching is the easiest one because there are rules and students learn and apply the rules.I always teach it from the context as you suggest it.PPP is more clear now and CCQs is a new term for me.

As for vocabulary,I like teaching vocabulary most in English because vocabulary şs the roof of learning of a new language.I will consider your suggestion ''Never teach alone''.
