         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today's task was SPEAKING and it is&nbsp; the most important skill for me&nbsp; because my students are having difficulties while speaking.<br>In the morning we learnt stages of speaking activities .It was very essential for me to plan my speaking lessons and I think the most important part was pre-speaking because a good preparation is the half of the lesson.If teacher doesn't know what and how to do it is impossible to teach target task.<br>I also learn correction types and ''hedging'' was a new term for me in modelling.<br>As for activities ,Flipgrid activity was so enjoyable and easy to implement so I can use it in my classes.<br>The best activity today was Paper Slide because it was creative and funny.It adresses &nbsp; more senses and I mean four main skills (speaking,writing,reading and listening) and creativity,as well.&nbsp;<br>I also learn a new Web 2.0 tool(Clarisketch).<br>The best learning outcome is to arrange differentiation because I considered that I hadn't considered weak students.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today's Task was READING.I revised steps of teaching reading (pre,while(gist,detailed)and post reading.<br>I think that the most essential part of this day for me Flipping the Class in ELT because especially in Corona days it became more and more important.I used it last year but I wasn't feeling&nbsp; I had enough knowledge on it while implementing in my classes.Today ,I learnt it exactly so I am readier now:)<br>I also revised Types of Instruction and ''ICQs'' was a new term for me.<br>Tongue twister activity was very funny and I think my students like it very much.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today's Task was Writing and I revised writing approaches(product,process and snack).Product and process are not new approaches but snack writing is new for me.I can use snack because it is easy to prepare and implement for all levels.<br>I also learnt marking codes and realised that I had forgotten many of them.Thank you for this funny activity:)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The sentence “Never teach alone “ was thought for today and my&nbsp; road for&nbsp; vocabulary teaching.So far,I have believed that the best way&nbsp; for vocabulary teaching is teaching from context and prepared readings but teaching together&nbsp; new vocabulary&nbsp; can be more useful and I can teach more words than I expect.<br>As for Grammar,actually I use mostly engaging context but drilling and shapes,colours can also be used during grammar teaching.PPP will also be my new road teaching grammar.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today's topics were Grammar and Vocabulary.<br>I think Grammar teaching is the easiest one because there are rules and students learn and apply the rules.I always teach it from the context as you suggest it.PPP is more clear now and CCQs is a new term for me.<br><br>As for vocabulary,I like teaching vocabulary most in English because vocabulary şs the roof of learning of a new language.I will consider your suggestion ''Never teach alone''. ''False friends'' will be my favourite term:)&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today's topic was Assessment.Assessment makes students uncomfortable so we have to be careful while doing it.<br>I think word search activities are very useful and I and my students like them because students&nbsp; don't realise that teacher assesses them.<br>I don't support or use peer checking in this stage because they may mock their friends. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
