         <description><![CDATA[<div>Step 1. When you request a song, Spotify sends it off broken up into little packets<br>Step 2. TCP does a full inventory and sends back acknowlegments of each packet recieved<br>Step 3. If all the packets are delivered, you're done<br>&nbsp;Although, if TCP finds some packets missing, then it won't allow the song to go through, and spotify will resend the missing or incomplete packets. Once that's done, TCP will check for the packets again and then the song will play</div>]]></description>
