         <description><![CDATA[<p>1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The use of PIC-RAT is a very important tool for us to review and improve on our teaching processes. It’s also a good tool for us as mentors to work with our mentees when they do their own lesson reflections.</p><p>2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The use of AI in the classroom is here to stay. With the amount of tools out there, we need to stay focused on the learning objectives of the lessons to ensure that we are not too carried away with focusing on the tools and forgetting about our LOs.</p><p>3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; With the use of tech, there’s an even more higher focus on the ethical use of technology.          <description><![CDATA[<p>My key takeaway is the use of the TEDI and PIC-RAT frameworks as powerful guidelines for planning and reflecting on tech-enabled pedagogy.<strong> </strong>They serve as useful tools not just for lesson design, but also for facilitating meaningful conversations with teachers and Beginning Teachers (BTs). These frameworks help us go beyond surface-level integration and prompt deeper thinking about intentional use of technology to transform teaching and learning.</p><p>Just like in today’s group discussion, applying these frameworks led to rich, reflective dialogue on how we engage learners and design purposeful digital experiences.</p>]]></description>
