- all internship student from UMK has arrived at Sunway Lagoon and had to do a Covid19 test to prevent any spreading of the virus
- after that, we had breakfast at Lasso and Miss Natasha started briefing the task and rules in Sunway Lagoon. We also got to know the boss from Sunway Lagoon which is Mr Havendran and Mr Mag

-Miss Natasha from the Human Resource department had brought us to the thumbprint for taking our attendance
- after that, she got us to the Green House which is the Human Resource office located and gave us uniforms and cards for us before we move to our department

- then, I go to the Food and Beverages department (F&B) along with Miss Zai and my other friends. In-office, Miss Zai introduced herself as our Senior Executive alongside the admin of the F&B Department

- Mr Asrol is our manager in the F&B department. We introduced ourselves to him and he show us around the office.

- our director is Mr Iskandar introduced himself and welcome us there. After the tour in the office, Mr Asrol brought us around Sunway Lagoon such as Wildlife, Lost Lagoon and more

- after the tour, he introduced us to our Executive which is Miss Lakshmi. And then, she divided us to go to the outlet that she decided. For me, I got to go to the Take 5 outlets. There, I met Shakirah who is the cashier there.

- Shakirah explains all about the outlets especially Take 5 which sells watermelon, orange and apple juice. So, she teaches me how to handle the cashier, cut the fruits, calculate the stock, how to make juice and more.

- before the event start, our PIC which is Mr Nasa explain to me what are we gonna do and more. There also has a theme for each Pergola which is Pergola A themed Hawaiian, meanwhile Pergola C Pirate theme. And all of us must wear the clothes follow the theme that have been decided

- she trained me how to do the cashier, how to purchase the ticket for the customer and do the sweetcorn for customers

- I have to do the opening outlet for all of the outlets such as Kedai Runcit, Local Delight, Take 5 and Hydration Zone. I took out all the things that the outlet needed and opened all the lights and fans. For Kedai Runcit, I must take out all of the coffee to arrange and display it such as coffee o, white coffee 3 in 1, white coffee 2 in 1 and milk tea. After that, I have to take the ice from Beach Bistro to put in the push cart for the salad display. 
- For Local Delight, I took out all of the things that this outlet needs such as spoons, waffle flavours, waffle mix, knives, cutting board, sweet corns and for the display things. After that, I open the keys for the chiller that has all of the drinking bottles. 
- for Take 5, I opened all of the lights, fans and chiller. I took out all of the things such as tissue, popcorn, and drinking bottles like Coke, Sprite, 100 Plus, 100 Plus Lime, Mineral Water, Sunkist Orange, Oyoshi, F&N Strawberry, F&N Ice Cream Soda and F&N Zapple to display outside. Later, I take 4 ice bags from Beach Bistro to this outlet.
- for Hydration Zone, I opened all of the lights, fans and chiller. I also took out all of the things that this outlet needs such as waffle mix, waffle flavours, waffle machine, sweet corn steamer, paper bag, spoons, knives, cutting board and sweet corn cup to the outside. Because this outlet sells everything outside the outlet.
