Hypothesis: There is a slight correlation between people who have a high fasting blood sugar level and having a high resting heart rate.

Variables: Glucose level, Heart rate
Introduction:
In this investigation i will be trying to determine if there is a correlation between high blood sugar levels and high resting heart rate ( heart rate at rest.)
Associated with my investigation of blood sugar levels is diabetes. Having diabetes in any shape or form is related to having an increased risk of numerous conditions including cardiovascular ones. Many conditions of cardiac origin have an increased heart rate as one of the symptoms.
Methodology:

1. Before starting anything, you must make sure that the patient you are collecting data from has been fasting for 8 hours ( this is done to exclude elavated blood glucose levels due to intake of sugary or starchy foods) . So it is standard practise to collect this data in the morning before eating.

2. Prepare a small plastic bag for desposing of contaminated materials ( anything that has blood on it ), despose of these as you go along.
