If you don’t eat a balanced diet, you will probably feel tired and unfocused. But what would happen if you included more fruits, vegetables, and proteins in your meals? You would have more energy and stay healthier! Drinking enough water is also important because if you don’t, you might feel weak or even get a headache.</p><p>What small changes could you make to improve your daily habits?          <description><![CDATA[<p>The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends a healthy diet to protect us from non-transmissible diseases.</p><p>Have you ever thought about how your daily habits impact your health? If you develop good habits, you will not only benefit physically and mentally in the short term, but you will also strengthen your immune system, have more energy, and prevent diseases such as diabetes and heart problems.</p><p>What would happen if you improved your diet? It would also enhance digestion, help maintain a healthy weight, and contribute to healthier skin, hair, and nails, giving you a glowing appearance. On a mental level, a balanced diet can improve your mood, concentration, and sleep quality, reducing stress and anxiety.</p><p>If you maintain these habits over time, you will promote healthy aging and ensure a better overall quality of life.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Our emotional, physical, and mental state is important for our overall health. If we don’t improve these aspects, we will never be truly healthy, since these three elements make up 50% of our well-being.</p><p><strong>EMOTIONAL STATE</strong></p><p>Have you ever thought about how emotions affect your decisions? Our emotional side represents <strong>16.5%</strong> of our health because it is the part where we learn to control our emotions and make better choices. If we are angry, sad, overwhelmed, or afraid, we might struggle to think clearly. In fact, studies suggest that more than <strong>50% of people</strong> make bad decisions because they don’t know how to manage their emotions.</p><p>What would happen if we learned to control our emotions? If we could manage our feelings better, we would make wiser choices and avoid unnecessary stress. On the other hand, if we don’t learn to handle our emotions, we might find ourselves in difficult situations that could harm our well-being.</p><p>One extreme consequence of poor emotional control is feeling so lost in moments of intense stress that we may not see a way out. However, if we develop strategies to regulate our emotions, we will be able to reach a state of calm even after emotional distress.</p><p><strong>RECOMMENDATIONS</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Write</strong> about your feelings to understand them better.</p></li><li><p><strong>Speak</strong> with someone you trust. </p></li><li><p><strong>Solve problems</strong> instead of avoiding them.  </p></li><li><p><strong>Leave or fix</strong> toxic relationships. </p></li></ul><p>If we master this part and learn how to manage our emotions, we will have completed <strong>33.3% of our health triangle.</strong> This means we can move on to the next important aspect, which is...</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>PHYSICAL STATE</p><p>After finishing with the emotional part we can start with our physical part, this is a little less difficult thn the emotional one since here the part of food and exercise is included, in this part what you have to do is maintain a good healthy diet of foods, try not to eat a lot of fast food and balance the food, and as for exercise do it at least 2-3 days a week or in the free time you have left</p><p><br></p><p>If we finish this part and learn how we can control our foods and do exercise, we have the 33,3% of our health triangle, this meaning that we can continue with our last part that is... </p><p><br></p><p>MENTAL STATE</p><p>This part is quite simple since in this part there are both 33.3% of the emotional and physical state, since these two parts give support to the mental state, if we are well emotionally and physically our mental state will be healthy and that will give the missing 33.3% to our healthy triangle  so that 100% of us</p><p><br></p><p>(It is worth mentioning that the social aspect is also important, but this aspect is not talked about much)</p>]]></description>
