Terminal is the machine that collect payment by credit card, visa or any other cards that suit to use. First, I thought it might be difficult but when they teach it seems not tough as i think. Our office have 3 terminals. Two of the terminal will be at reception and one more is at back office. The terminal at reception is use to collect payment from guest and the other one is to use for charge online travel agent payment.
