         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>There was teacher growth and student growth when PLCs were utilized correctly and effectively.</p></li><li><p>Our current PLCs incorporate some of the practices listed but unfortunately we also lack some. Incorporating all the practices fully will make our PLCs even stronger. </p></li><li><p>Being intentional with our time, more frequent reviewing of data, and making sure the entire team is vested in the collaboration. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

There were definitely some ideas like, making each person in charge of something to give ownership.          <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>I can definitely see planned meetings with very defined purposes.  This guides and sets expectations for all involved.  They also show evidence of strong collaboration.</p></li><li><p>We are similar, but probably not as focused at the HS.    A more structured schedule is helpful, but with enough flexibility to address day to day issues that come up.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The PLC strategies that were evident in each statement were: data informed discussion/practices, clarity of purpose, and student/teacher growth. These are the elemental purposes and structures of PLC at SIS. One difference we discussed was the "curiosity" driven data inquiry versus the required data inquiry, and how that might look with in our PLC. We discussed having a more explicit outline to help with the clarity of purpose.</p>]]></description>

Making the ITL's more in charge of facilitating the PLC's so that the goals of each team are met. Making sure that the PLC used to reach our common goal and not just compliance.</p>]]></description>
