Although newspapers have existed in some form since ancient Roman times, the modern newspaper primarily stems from German papers printed in the early 1600s with Gutenberg's printing press. This was one of the early signs of news and communication being shared

During 1876–1877, that a new invention called the telephone emerged. It is not easy to determine who the inventor was. Both Alexander Graham Bell and Elisha Gray had proof of the invention. In the end, it was mostly confirmed that Alexander had invented the telephone. The telephone didn't need some coding or such to communicate, although it also required the other person to own a telephone, which was considered quite costly.

The Soviets launched the world's first artificial satellite into Earth orbit; the Soviet Union launched Sputnik, the first man-made satellite, shocking the American public and beginning the Space Age. People had been dreaming of space travel for some time before the launch of Sputnik. Satellite News Channel launched on June 21, 1982. During that time, it provided competition for CNN, the first cable network to do so at the time. Satellites helped by making it easier for devices to connect.

BOB KAHN AND VINT CERF, American computer scientists, helped in the invention of modern day internet, known as ARPANET.  Vint Cerf is credited with the first written use of the word 'internet' while Bob Kahn argueably had technically inventet "internet" first. Although news was much speedier than before, it came to be much more unreliable with have that everyone can spread news from anywhere, anytime, about anything.
