It also allows students to write their own stories and place their desired sound effects. In my classroom, I would like to read a chapter a day to my students. If I had the text displayed via mondopad, they could read along while listening to the sound effects. I believe this tool will help individuals (and my class as a whole) get excited about reading books. They will be more positive about reading assignments, and eager to read.
