As a classroom teacher, the evidence I collected served different purposes:
- I had students fill in a Google Form at the beginning of the class so I could record attendance but also ask short check-in questions on wellbeing or on the material we were learning
- I had students fill in Google Forms for activity completion or exit slips so I could better track who had done work or not, and how well they were doing.
- With homeroom or form class I asked three questions in the chat and had students share (getting to know students better, getting to know classmates better) and creating a connected environment.

One thing I would like to collect moving forward is information on "what worked for you" from students so I can make adjustments to activities going forward.
