The reason I received a smartphone at such a young age was to stay in touch with my parents, who were working overseas. This phone served me well for approximately three years.

I tried out a few sports when I was younger. I entered ballet classes and joined a dance club, played soccer during intrams, joined a swimming class, and trained for badminton the whole summer.
Although I never stuck to one sport, I'm more fond of swimming.
I read a lot during my free time and prefer books over movies.
I like to go on walks occasionally with my dogs.
I like to edit my favorite characters in an app called After Effects.
I like experimenting with different makeup looks and doing self-care things.

I believe that with the right balance, the media we consume can be healthy and beneficial for us. Through media consumption, we not only find entertainment but also gain knowledge about various issues and learn how to respond to them. However, media consumption should be moderated; when it becomes an addiction, it becomes problematic. One way to detach oneself from unhealthy media consumption is to literally turn off the phone and engage with reality. Helping out around the house, doing chores, spending time outdoors, exercising, reading, and socializing with friends are all constructive activities. By recognizing that life extends beyond the screen, only then will you enjoy and appreciate the things and the people that you have in your life.

Reading it felt like the words on your mind was written in paper and you were given a solution to all your problems.
