         <title>Introduction of Huawei</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>Huawei was established by Zhengfei Ren in 1987. At nowadays, Huawei’s employees have surpassed 170,000 around the world, and service around 170 countries and regions such as China, Australia, United States and United Kingdom (Huawei, n.d.). According to Huawei (n.d.), Huawei Australia was founded in 2004. In nowadays, the employees of Huawei have over 800 in Australia and about 50% of Australian already bought a number of Huawei’s products to use for telecommunications. In addition, Huawei also established the local board directors in June 2011.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>  First and foremost, experimentation is about scientific learning approaches to test the company’s assumptions. Nowadays, the use of prototype can promote the experimentation in innovation management especially. For Huawei, the culture of experimentation also as an essential factor help it to improve the competitiveness of innovation in order to gain more market share and attract more potential customers. Moreover, Huawei can test the unpredictable environment through some experimentation approaches such as recently Huawei’s project – 5G network. Furthermore, smartphone industries have become highly mature, in other words, these industries electronic innovations might be fast, however, some good experimentation approaches can help Huawei’s innovation that the speed of innovation can be increased fast. Consequently, the culture of experimentation is a vital factor for Huawei to recognize and analysis. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> The technological development is one of the important factors for the electronic corporations. For example, Apple becomes one of the successful company due to its technological innovation. However, for the electronic companies may always be discouraged by the technological development. For instance, around 10 years ago, Nokia is one of the leaders in telephone market, nevertheless, this company becomes bankruptcy immediately due to no system's innovation which belongs to the technological development. In addition, although the technological innovation needs to a company invest numerous money if the innovation could become a big breakthrough, this company can gain more competitive power than other similar type’s companies. In other words, the technological development is an essential factor for Huawei to keep its market share in the smartphone area. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>  A service can be a significant aspect for some companies. Although service is intangible, it can cause a number of positive or negative influences to consumers when they are making a purchase decision. Even though for the electronic companies, service also as the important role for them to attract more consumers. As after the customers finished information search and alternative evaluation for the electronic products, they may focus on the company’s after-sales service. In other words, if Huawei can provide good after-sales services such as Apple’s returns &amp; refunds policy, its customers may increase the loyalty of Huawei.  Therefore, a good service can help Huawei to attract more consumers. </div>]]></description>
