Today we will speak about motivation that is very imporant for teachers! So, how to stay motivated?
- Set goals in teaching! For example, try something new in explaining grammar, conduct a lesson outdoors or play an interesting game wih your students. Complete your goals and be happy!
- Have a rest! You need to have "days without work" at least a day per week during which you don't even think about work!
- Travel! Travel broadens the mind and it really helps you to stay motivated. If you don't have opporunities to travel abroad - visit some exciing places in your contry, or even in your city.
- Learn somehing new! Visit culinary/make-up/yoga courses!
- Communicate with your students, be open to them and your learning process will really interesing and engaging.
- Love what you do, enjoy what you do! Watch films about eaching, learn some inspiring books.

And I promise to make a list of inspiring books, films very soon.

What motivates you?
Interesting grammar!?

When students hear the word "grammar" they sigh.
Most students are convinced that it is boring. But you can change it!
Let's make grammar be interesing!
- Forget these words "Now we are going to work with grammar, grammar task, the rule is and so on". We can teach grammar without saying hat we are doing it!
- Use creative ways to explain grammar! Don't write a rule on the board, or show a table in a book! Tell students your personal story (it can be invented :) and use new grammar than togeher use the structures, the thing is students need to use grammar, not to learn the rules by heart.
- Watch episodes from films where target grammar is used, then discuss why it is used, what it expresses.
- Model a real life situation and use target grammar, ask students to use it by analogy than work wih this grammar.
- Practice grammar using mobile applicaion. Nowadays there are a lot of them. It's interesing for students. They are excited doing a muliple choice quiz on mixed conditionls.
- Don't say it's difficul! Say you will do it!

How do you work with grammar? Share your
interesting ideas in commentaries!
