1. Explain the activity.
I made a TikTok about myself and gathered information towards it, I showed my interests, where I'm from, and my favourite things. I then presented the TikTok to the whole class and then got asked questions about it.
2. What went well?
I proved that I was confident enough to stand up in front of the whole class and speak.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
The time it took to make the TikTok
Evidence 2 - enrolment
1. Explain the activity.
We had group activities which had students off of different departments and we got to know most of the teachers.
2. What went well?
It helped me be more talkative as I had to interact with people and complete activities with them
3. What would you improve on reflection?
I could have come more prepared as my student account did not work for uploading my grades on.
Evidence 3 - Community service
1. Explain the activity.
We had a games morning for the elderly on a Friday morning and set up a Christmas event where they could talk with others and have a nice meal together so they didn’t have to spend Christmas alone.
2. What went well?
We made sure they didn’t spend Christmas alone and had someone to talk to and have a great time
3. What would you improve on reflection?
We could have been more organised towards it.

Evidence 1 - Treasure hunt
Explain the activity.
We all split into groups searching for objects or people to take pictures off as evidence from the list we got.
What went well?
We all worked as a team to collect evidence and worked together to finish as quickly as possible.
What would you improve on reflection?
I would improve the communication skills that we had because we were all over the place at first and couldn't decide who was doing what.
Evidence 2 - Army Workshop
Explain the activity.
We were all split into 3 groups each doing 3 different army activities, for one of the activities we had to work together to get across the grass area with using two metal beams to get across without falling off.
What went well?
We proved that we can work as a team to get across without having anyone falling off, we made sure we did it in the correct order and had it all organised
What would you improve?
The communication we had at the beginning as everyone wanted to talk and give their ideas, we could have had one person talk at a time.
Evidence 3 - CSI practical
Explain the activity
We all worked as a team to ind any 'crime scene evidence objects' and searched in a field. We used different methods to search as a group such as the line method where we all lined up and walked together searching the area.
What went well?
We found the pieces of evidence using the line method correctly
What would you improve?
Our communication skills as people were walking faster than others and when someone for the evidence it was given to the team leader who didn't have gloves on which ruins any fingerprints or DNA evidence on it.

Evidence 1 - recycling at home
Explain the activity
At home I have different different coloured bins to separate all of my rubbish into cardboards, plastics and and regular rubbish.
what went well?
All of the rubbish is then well recycled and I take out the bins out on time when they are collected.
what would you change?
I would like to involve my whole family in it so we can all recycle.
Evidence 2 - getting on a bus instead of a car
explain the activity
On my way back from school or anywhere I need to go i take a bus instead of going by a car.
what went well?
More people can get transported using one bus instead of more than one car. For example, 20 people can take one bus to get transported somewhere however if you use a car you would need to take 4 cars full of 5 people to all get transported at the same time. This means less carbon emissions are released into the air.
what would you change?
Make sure to get an earlier bus to make sure you're not late as busses take a long time to get to certain destinations.
Evidence 3 - attend sustainability tutorial
explain the activity
I attended a tutorial about sustainability learning and making a poster about reducing, reusing and recycling rubbish.
what went well?
I learned more ways on how I can recycle at home and how much it helps, but also how much waste goes into the world.
what would you change?
help getting more people involved.

I revised for my exam in January - everyday after college I dedicated at least an hour a day to revise for my exam whilst also revising during the Christmas break.

I was very prepared for when the exam came around which ended up allowing me to be confident when doing the exam.

in my part time job I have served customers by making drinks using my creativity.

what went well?

io ensured the customers were happy with the drinks they get making sure it was what they expected to get.

evidence 2 - riot training

explaining the activity

in this activity I went to a riot training helping the officers prepare for when a real riot happens, we got to throw things at them and run away from when they charged at us.

what went well?

the police officers completed their training successfully and I got to hit some officers in the parts where they didn't have their shield up to remind them to keep the shield up right.

what would you improve?

getting involved more.

at the end of work I always stayed later to help clean out the pub.

what went well?

I made sure the pub was left spotless for the manager to come in the next day and it not being messy.

I would improve trying to clean it with a faster pace.

we ended up going through the session quickly as everyone listened and completed the activities quickly.

I provided support to my friend at work when she started to get stressed, making sure she was feeling okay.

what went well?

I ended up calming her down, making sure she feels okay throughout the whole shift.

telling a trusted adult to help if it got worse.

my friend was struggling with her assignment so I had given her some ideas and help for her to complete it.

what went well?

she got to upload her assignment in on time and got the grade she wanted.

When assignments are due I make sure to start them early to make sure they are completed and handed in on time

I made sure the assignment was handed in on time to make sure I would get a higher grade than a pass.

handing it in earlier to improve anything that was missing and it would give me time to hand it in again.
