Via was nervous also because her boyfriend was also in the play. At first Auggie was kind of second guessing about doing this, but then they left. While Auggie and Jack Will snuck off, some seventh graders tried to fight them. The seventh graders was being mean to Auggie, so Jack Will told them to not mess with Auggie, one of the boys said "Oh, what are you going to do about it?' When he said that Jack Will punched the boy in the face, the boy then pushed Auggie, and Jack Will on the ground. All of them hugged by the lake. When Auggie got back to school, his mom was waiting, and he got off the bus and said "Hi mom, I had a fight with seventh graders." Auggie dad asked "Did you win?" Auggie said yes, and then they went home.
