Morning session
I learnt how to create a classroom environmet which helps secure bonds between students by using Draw Your Name and Telephone Lines activities. I also learnt to give feedbacks by using Standing next to the picture and Agree / Disagree activities. Jigsaw reading and Onion Ring gave us opportunities to express our ideas and practise speaking.
Afternoon Session
Facilitators got the attention of the attendee's attention by doing Chant and clap/act. They provided the teachers with necessary materials and useful instructions. They walked among the groups and provided the feedbacks after the presentations.

It is hard to maintain the balance between student's behaviour and acceptible behaviour. Too much noise hinders the teaching atmosphere. To be too strict may cause students lose self confidence and they don't take part in the activities. The teacher may arrange the physical environment and materials before the lesson for the students. By doing these the teacher takes necessary measures for classroom management. The teacher negotiate the classrom rules with the students so that they are involved in the decision making process and it helps the classroom management.

Morning Session
It is a good idea to use a stirrer after a settler. It is a good balance to get rid of the monotony. Setting up before the activities is crucial. It is a good idea to write the stages of setting up for an activity and cut it into parts and stick parts on the wall. After that one person goes and memorise the sentence and the other person writes them down. They take turns in every two minutes. After finishing writing , the pairs try to order the stages correctly. This is a nice activity to be used in PDCs.
Afternoon Session
Self-assessment, informal assessment, formal assessment and peer assessment can be use to check outcomes of the teaching/ learning. In PDCs the parcipants may prepare or adapt a child-friendly test by using the guidelines for developing a child-friendly test.

Morning Session
I want to use the wiggle the finger activity for the wrong part of the sentence. It helps and to detect the mistakes and visualise it.
I will use more informative feedback as it helps learners realise the details of their performance. I learnt I have to use more informative feedback.
