         <description><![CDATA[<div>What students need to know today and what they will need to know in 5 years will be very different. The rate of change in the tech world snowballs. We do not have enough college grads to fill the positions needed and therefore have to hire outside our country. Students, currently, need to be more fluent in software development, technology development in the medical field, social media design... the list goes on and on. Teachers will need to be able to adapt to this every changing world to meet the needs of our students aznd preparing them for the world outside of high school.</div>]]></description>
