    •  Good timing of activities from first day to the last day
    • Nice presentation of activities by presenters
    • Good patience of presenters when some time participants could not get what they intend to achieve at the time when participants wanted to meet their goals but failing to 
    • Better clarity on procedures to take when conducting the ITTL activities
    • Handsome Daily Subsistence Allowance as respect to the present grade
    • Participants were eager during the whole period of learning
    CHALLENGES
    • Weak Internet which caused more stress to participants not finish the scheduled activities
    • Activities could not be finished due to its bulkiness
    • Time was not enough to complete the whole of the work planned as in four days. It was bulky.
    WAY FORWARD
    • Establish more WiFi for the trainings to avoid congestion over network
    • Different internet network providers to be used so that we are able to migrate to the other when network is weak to that network provider.
    • Plan activities accordingly to maximum meet the success part of accomplishments
