I believe this wasn't exactly my choice, considering everyone else stole my first, second, and third choices.

3) Choose an important individual from your country that changed the world. How did this person change the way you live?

Roald Amundsen is very important when it comes to the fields of exploration. This man has changed the world as we know it by being the first person to reach the South Pole. Him and his team traveled over 800 miles on dogsleds and reached the South Pole about 2 months after they had left, planting the Norwegian flag in mid-December having left on October 19, 1911. Norway isn't going through one major problem at the moment, it's more about multiple smaller but still important issues that concern Norway at this time, especially economically. Norway is currently trying to become less dependent on their oil reserves for everyone knows that all of that oil will disappear soon, so they're putting their excess money earned from oil into an "oil fund" to save money for future generations.   • 1 liter (34 ounces) thick natural, unflavored yogurt (full-fat Turkish, Greek or drained)
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) vanilla sugar (if you don’t have vanilla sugar, use granulated sugar the beans of one vanilla pod)
  • 1 dl (2 cups) frozen blueberries
  • 2 dl (1 cup) cookie crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a medium sized bow, combine the yogurt and vanilla sugar. Stir until well combined.
  2. Following the instructions of your ice cream machine, add the yogurt mixture to the machine and churn until set. In my machine, this normally takes about 25 minutes.
  3. Once the yogurt has churned, add it to your storage container, and mix in the blueberries and cookie crumbs.
  4. Place the ice cream mix into the freezer and freeze until hard, about 4 hours.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
