Bogota It has several tourist sites such as the Monserrate hill, El chorro de Quevedo , different museums such as: the gold museum, the Flower vase House, also you should walk for the town and El Chorro de Quevedo, usually people visit la plaza Simon Bolivar, and You can also go to Simon Bolivar Park.
It is a place rich in gastronomy, it has an extensive menu of Colombian foods, in the traditional dishes there are: ajiaco (Soup), sancho (Soup), Changhua (Soup), fritanga (it is a mixture of meat with potatoes)
Typical dishes usually have different ingredients, for example the ajiaco is prepared with: pastusa potato, criolla potato, chicken, cob, onion, cilantro, and guascas.

In Bogota there are always different celebrations throughout the year such as: Rock Festival in the Park, Jazz Festival in the Park, Hip Hop Festival in the Park, Salsa Festival in the Park, Opera Festival in the Park, Colombia in the Park, International Book Fair, summer festival, festival film international.
Different activities are carried out in the festivities those are celebrated in Bogota, for example, in the theater festival, different Colombian or other academies are presented in theater or on the street.
