The Colonial Administrators were officials that were responsible for administering British colonies. Their duties included enforcing laws, collecting taxes, etc. They also were overseeing the development of the colony. They controlled the infrastructure and colony as a whole. But, the Colonial Administrators had so many conflicts. They were severely bad people and murdered over 8 million people from 1890 to 1910.

Colonial Administrators are responsible for the deaths of around 10 million Congolese people due to their harmful actions and decisions. The Administrators organized and oversaw the forced publique. When they welcomed guests into their house they would welcome them by displaying human skulls in their garden. Another reason why is because they held a Manuel describing how to hold hostages. This is because they wanted to increase the rubber collection. All of these reasons prove my opinion that the Colonial Administrators caused the death of 10 million Congolese people.

This evidence shows the Colonial Administrators is to blame because of how much they murdered which gives us a sign that they were a major threat to the Congolese people. Allot of them just watched the Congolese people commit and die. This shows that they don't have any feelings and thoughts on what they have done. Meaning they don't care about what they have done to the poor Congolese people.
