They’re Real??

A couple of the sources that are in support of the conspiracy theory support the idea of multiple perspectives, however they more heavily promote the perspective of the theory being true. The idea of chemtrails can stand on its own as it is just an idea that the trails in the sky that come from airplanes are used to spread chemicals, however many believe that not all of those trails spread chemicals. Many believe that there are specific airplanes that spread chemicals, and others simply have contrails. Due to the popularity of this conspiracy theory, validating this information from other places on the internet is not that hard to do, however the biggest issue with this conspiracy is the difference in beliefs across sources. Many chemtrails theorists believe that the chemtrails only control the weather or agriculture, however theorists go as far to believe that chemtrails spread things such as covid 19 and affect your daily life. The age of this theory makes it incredibly hard to trace this back to one specific author or source, however the conspiracy theory goes back to the 1990s when people.

The main idea of the conspiracy of chem trails is that there are certain airplanes in the sky that release chemicals into the air to control people and the weather, and the trail that they leave behind is chemicals. The theory isn’t that incredibly hard to believe, as it is very similar to contrails, and you can look up at the sky and see that the airplanes are leaving something behind in the air that sticks around, however what is hard to believe is the fact that these trails are having some kind of effect on the health of people and living organisms. The overall belief has been going on for a couple of decades, however due to the recent rise in popularity of the spread of information online, this conspiracy has gained traction in the last ten years more, causing more and more people to believe this theory.

Debunked Overall

The main idea that goes against this theory is the lack of research we have to accomplish something like this. Scientists have not found out many ways to control the weather or people, and even though there have been localized tests of weather control, they have been fairly ineffective and have been on a small scale. The side that doesn’t support this theory also argues that it would be incredibly hard to have such a large plan going on such a large scale, which is similar to many other global conspiracy theories. To have multiple governments with thousands of people all around the world keeping the secret of spreading chemicals would be close to impossible, and all of this is without mentioning that hundreds of countries around the globe would have to have had the research for this and the money to fund such activities.

What I think

I personally believe that chemtrails are not real. Although it’s not the most unbelievable theory there is out there, there are too many differing opinions that sometimes contradict themselves, leading there to not be one really strong argument that can seriously pull in someone that does not see that stuff all that often. I feel that for a lot of people the message that chemtrails spread would make sense for people that don’t completely have their opinions open, however I think that the message cannot stand on its own due to the complexity of it. So many people in so many different places would have to be keeping so many secrets that it just doesn’t make sense at all. An argument is that there are difference in how chemtrails and contrails look different, however there’s simply not enough factual evidence that these aren’t all the exact same thing. Although there are a lot of sources that support it, the ones that debunk it are pretty overwhelming in my opinion and it’s hard to ignore those facts that are most of time backed up by truths.

Comparing Source 1 and Source 2

Source one and source two both support the conspiracy theory of chemtrails, however they differ in what they believe the purpose of chemtrails is and what the overall effects are. These two difference sources go to show how one conspiracy theory can have very different reasonings, and how even though most conspiracy theorists are closed in, they’re perspectives can be different on the same thing. These two sources are similar in that they both believe that chemtrails result in health issues for people and that they are spread through funding or support by the government, however in what they differ is in what they believe the purpose is. Although they both believe that chemtrails are used to control the weather, source one strongly suggests that chemtrails are used for a varying amount of reason, including controlling people, while source two views that controlling the weather is one of the few sole reasons to chemtrails, and the effect it has on agriculture and people is simply a side effect of that reason.
