         <title>Jeffrey Dean Root: I learned that by 2025 all students will be required to take a computer science elective. I will also be required to incorporate the skills they learn in the computer science into their assignments in my lessons.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I learned that technology can aid learning through catering to the needs of myriad students by granting gifted students with challenging problems and low performing students with breakdowns of problems. There are myriad apps and sites that can benefit student learning such as Padlet. Padlet can create a discussion board for students and allow students to interact with each other without speaking which can allow for students who are shy to participate without the added pressure of answering a question in the classroom. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I learned about Flipgrid, Seesaw, and Edpuzzle.  I think I will take one app at a time and really get into the nitty gritty of it to learn all the things the app is capable of.  Edpuzzle would be nicer if the students who were a bit advanced did not have to go through each section of the video at the pace that was given.  I started getting board, which discouraged me from finishing the activity. As we enter into a new decade, technology is transforming the world, and it's part of our responsibility to teach our students how to be prepared and adapt to this new environment.<br><br></div>]]></description>
