I earned my BA in Psychology & Sociology and then completed an MA in Forensic Psychology. I continued on by entering a doctorate program, but was not happy at all, and left shortly after starting my 3rd year. Prior to becoming a stay-at-home-mom I most recently worked at a prison and also have experience in substance abuse and trauma.  I am LPC eligible and only need supervisory hours to obtain my license.  I hope to obtain part-time employment as a School Counselor, as well as, complete my LPC.
