During the war the Spanish had weapons that the Incans have never seen before. Things like guns, crossbows, pikes, and swords all gave the advantage to the Spanish. However, weapons were not the only things that gave the Spanish the advantage. Horses were also heavily used by the Spanish and they gave the Spanish a huge advantage as well.
2. Deadly disease also took out the Incans. It is known that around 90 percent of the Incan population was taken out from disease. The disease allowed the Spanish to have it the easy way because through out the war. During the war they noticed that all the Incans were slowly dying. After most of them died, the Spanish just came in to clean up.
3. They Spanish were much more experienced. Since the Spanish were very experienced, the were really good with killing people. Not only did they have more experience they had more allies. The Spanish had allies and the Incans were divided which made them much more exposed and vulnerable.

The Spanish Soldiers defeated the Incans easily because they had swords and muskets that were far better than spears, since it was more effective and deadly. This gave them a very easy time to win over the Incans who only had spears to defend themselves.

2. Secondly, the horses were also a major part in why they succeeded. The horses allowed them to have a faster pace and attack them before they even had a chance to fight back. This helped the soldiers quickly dispatch the useless weapons that the Incan had to offer.

3. Lastly, the disease might've been also good for the Spanish, since the disease was a great epidemic and could spread very quickly. This impacted the Incan Population drastically, but also hurt the Spanish in the future. Because of that, I can't say that the disease was the most effective way of killing the Incan.

The Spanish had so much more weaponry and they also had horses that could take down the Incan soldiers very easily. The Inca were also new to all of their guns and animals so the factor of surprise also benefit the Spanish conquerors. With all of this    the Spanish, simply by having a sword while riding a horse, they were capable of taking down the Inca people. It was also one of the initial factors.
2. Due to the spread of disease, the Spanish did not have to put forth much effort in killing the Incan because they would be killed by the diseases the Spanish brought. The Spanish would not be affected by said disease because they had grown an immunity against it that helped them survive.
3. The Inca people were very reliant on the king of their civilization. They would lean too much to the point where without the king they would be helpless and easy to takeover, so when the Spanish killed Atahualpa, the Incan began to run. That later led to the Spanish simply running the Inca people for a while.
