I’m María Ignacia Contreras, I’m a biotechnologist engineer, I’m from Chile. I’m gonna share my daily routine. I usually get up at 5:30 in the morning, I don’t eat breakfast alredy. I go to the bathroom, I take a shower and do lymphatic drenage massages in my face and wash it. I apply facial creams and sunscreen. I dress up and do the bed. My daily routine is a little bussy, at first i wake up at 6.00 am and i do excercise during 1 hour, then i brush me theet and all the things like take a fast shower and dressed up, then i do a fast clean up for my bedroom, i over to get up and i go to my job on bicycle because i dont like drive, and i stay helathy and strong, i arrive to my work like 9.00am and inmediatly i had to work in all my projects, at first i organize my desk, because i dont like work with all the things in the table, during this i drink my coffe. My cowork doesnt like the dirty things, so before enter to the lab i need to clean so well myself
