Bosnia and Herzegovina has a major drop in 1993 and this is because of the civil war that took place from 1992-1995. This war killed around 100,000 soldiers which resulted in the most devastating conflict in Europe since WW2. Additionally, the world faced a pandemic in 1918. Within months, more people were killed by the Spanish flu than any other disease in recorded history. Just in one year according to the US National Archives, the average life expectancy in America (the whole continent) dropped by 12 years.
