I completed a year of student teaching during undergrad, and I was the acting lead teacher of a Kindergarten classroom for students with severe and multiple disabilities in Maryland. I have worked many summers as a camp counselor, taught vocational skills as a job coach, led a socialization program, and in many other settings with students with disabilities.

I traveled to 8 countries and over 14 cities around Europe with my best friend and an organized tour group. I had never been to many of these places in Europe, and it was an eye-opening experience. The most unique part of this trip was being able to climb to the top of the Swiss Alps! It was a breathtaking view and an experience I will never forget (picture shown below!). After this trip I caught the "travel bug", and just recently came back from a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Israel. I guess you could say I'm a food-stagrammer. I love going to sporting events, specifically for the Mets, Jets, Knicks, and Islanders (Huge NY sports fan!). I used to be a competitive dancer for 15 years, and love to dance whenever I have the opportunity.
