We are a Large Primary school based in South Belfast with over 50 amazing staff members ranging from principal, teachers, teaching assistants, SEN support staff to lunch time supervisors.

Working in partnership with the Special Educational Need Coordinator (SENCO) to create a personalised program concentrating on the child's distinctive needs guarantees the similarity of school and home strategies.

Yoga can really be a huge benefit to children who have ADHD. Through doing yoga, children can be equipped with certain breathing exercises, postures, and cognitive control which will help them with self-regulation, concentration, instant body awareness and stress management. The most beneficial effects of yoga for children with ADHD are less anxiety, hyperactivity, and inattention, as well as better sleep routines and peer relationships.
