You are a health care provider working in the health center/hospital and a woman discloses that her husband beats her regularly. She is scared of him because he has made threats and has access to a weapon.

The village chief/imam/community leader found out that the woman came to see you and says he needs to know what you and the woman discussed as a matter of security.

You are working in a health center/hospital and you are concerned about a woman that lives in the town. You, nor any of your colleagues, have ever met her but other patients have reported that her husband burns her arms and legs with cigarettes.  

One of your team members suggests that you approach the husband’s elder brother about the abuse so that he will tell him to stop. The elder brother is a respected leader in the community.

You are working in a health centre/hospital, and a woman comes to you and reports that a man raped her last night.  You recognize her face, as she is known in the town and there are rumors that she is a prostitute. 

You are very worried about her as the beatings keep getting worse and she is coming to you with more severe injuries. You think she should leave her husband and go and stay with her mother where you think she will be safe. The young woman is refusing to do so and keeps going back to her abusive husband.
