Need to outline the minimum number of publications, etc. to obtain tenure or promotion. Otherwise someone could earn the minimum number of points without having published (for example). I don’t see our new dean approving a plan without this.

Add empirical in (print or online) (e.g., theoretical, applied) section.

This has come up before but I wanted to restate- delineating between selective vs. comprehensive indexing may be limiting to certain fields of study

Submitting a scholarly or creative work or engaging in manuscript revisions... I think this needs to be more clear. We should reported it as required under APA? For ex. Under Review; In Press ; accepted with major revision, accepted with minor revisions, etc.

Concern that things such as “award nominations” can count for a 3 for so much when people can self-nominate. In that same idea-If completing an IRB only counts as 2, then completing an awards submission/nomination should only count as 2
