Inside an airport you need to guide all the planes that come and go throughout each day. The nucleus does exactly the same for a cell. The nucleus tells everything in its cell what to do, and the watch tower tells the planes what to do to prevent crashes, and to make sure the airport stays running every minute.

In an airport you have multiple runways for all the planes to go in and out of the airport. Like the endoplasmic reticulum, which is a network of membranous tubules within the cytoplasm. In other words it helps transfer people from one airport to the next because without runways the planes cant leave or takeoff.

Both flight directors and chromosomes give specific instructions to the other parts of the cell(airport). The flight directors give directions to the planes and the chromosomes direct the cell, which makes the cell unique.

The lysosome is like a garbage system in a airport because within a cell the lysosome deals with much of the waste and is used to digest things. It also removes debris, unwanted particles and useless organelles. So the lysosome is similar to the garbage system because they both "digest" and get rid of waste.
