Next, understand what students are comprehending is a great indicator to help educators make any changes in their teaching as needed. Third, in order to effectively teach students we must go through trainings to enhance our teaching capabilities and become more technologically advanced to continue improving with the changing environment of education. Fourth, after becoming trained in PD's we will be able to effectively train our learners to use technology in a productive and supportive way. Fifth, once we as educators are trained with technology we can use it to customize our lessons for each of our learners to help accommodate for each and every one of them.
