I wanted to share this service as it was actually recommended to me by a parent of a student who has autism in my class when I was compiling a list of useful community resources. Spectrum Works aims to break the negative stigmas surrounding employing people with autism and also actively helps to connect individuals to jobs in line with their preferences and strengths.
