We really want to maintain the learning environments as much as possible.  The guys will be moving everything during Spring Break.  Those moving locations will have the day of 4/7 to set things up.  It will not be  (nor do I expect) perfect, but for now this is the best we can do.

That is up to the individual teacher. Within the weekly program minutes, there are opportunities for breaks. During instructional time such as your ELA time, you will have small group instruction. So while you are meeting with a small group, other students are working independently in breakout rooms. Just got word that we will NOT be having fruit breaks!!

Rationale in case families ask you..
  • Our students have become accustomed to being at school for 2.5 hours without a snack
  • Lunch will be in the 11:00 hour for all students
  • Rather than a fruit break (which would be another time seated at desks), we would want to prioritize movement breaks during the morning and afternoon
  • The lunch period is longer than in a typical year, so students will have an opportunity to eat a  complete/full lunch during that time.
