Rating - 4
It was good to come together and not talk about work for a change. Obviously meeting physically would have been an icing on the cake.

I wasn't really able to establish a connect with any of the smaller group, so it largely felt like working on my own. What began as a connection from last get real to now broke down with the groups constantly changing.

Highlights - talking together in smaller groups and thinking through with others.

Better - hope we can meet soon physically and talk! :)

Highlights:
1. The Starter: I also really enjoyed the beginning. The speed dating was nicely done and helped us feel connected to each other. I was nice to begin my morning not feeling anxious about tasks that had to be done during the day.
2. The Main course: Going deeper into understanding the stages of development/being. I feel I understand it better than before.
3. The Dessert: I enjoyed my chat with Nivi and Megha. I felt connected and feel invested in their journeys as well. I always learn better together, so that worked.

Suggestions:
I struggled with long hours of sitting. I often struggle with audio instructions unless I am taking notes. In general having a ppt to project the instructions or questions helps me with attention and retention.

Rating: 4 Overall, it made me realise (for the nth time the importance of taking a step back, stopping and just being. This was long overdue. And I think that we should have half a day at least every month of coming together, reflecting and talking. Thanks :)

1. Rating is 3.5 because of the focus on 1 concept and did not overcrowd with too many agendas. Enough breaks.
2. Definitely the meditation done by Nivi and the session with Arjun where the session was led by participants and not so much by the facilitators.
3. Time given in the breakout rooms always felt less. The group size did not allow in depth conversation.
4. More of writing, I love it!!

Rating- 3.8/5
Focus was going in depth on one concept which was nice. nicely times out also.

highlight- identifying and working out on the traps. really a lot to reflect on. Also the journal part was very nice and made me feel calm and also really reflect deeply.

suggestions: Breakout rooms could have been more longer and engaging with the same group. and more spaces for smaller rooms to work things out- global spaces become difficult to share and ask and engage sometimes.

Rating: 4
Highlight: Coming together and hearing each other's story and also get inputs on my journey was very insightful.
It was a good break to pause and reflect
Suggestions:
Since different people are at different levels wrt the Get Real Journey, some sessions seemed repetitive. Would have loved to give more time to solidify the traps.
Though the conversations with Astha and Nivi was helpful, but I missed being in the older triad as we had started the journey together, and somehow left it in between.
Keeping the groups consistent now will be helpful to maintain the flow. Please do not change the groups now as we have created a rhythm now.
Thank you Ritikaa and Neha

Highlights - arjun’s session while it was so confusing with all the seed and sapling and water ocean sea metaphors it did give the much needed clarity on hows. And the meditation. It was nice to let go.

3. Lowlights - got tiring on day two mostly because i kept thinking of things I need tot do after 3 and felt like I could take anymore theory.

4. Suggestions - if we could be sent some of these reading materials so we can come back with questions and then examples would resolve the queries

Rating - 4
I really enjoyed connecting with everyone after a long time and taking time to pause which helped to regain energy. I recognise it must've been hard to do this online and keeping it light and not loaded.
Highlight: the small group discussion and opportunity connect with people and share experiences and journey so far. The design of the 1st half of day 1 was very strong , I was able to submit to the day thanks to that. Using tools like meditation and journaling was important and nice. loved the music..helped me focus
Suggestions 1. Prework with ppl for whom the framework is absolutely new. 2. more reflection time since that felt rushed.
