It's a free app/website that allows you to discover music on the daily. 
It would work well in a classroom as it allows the educator to explore different sounds/music that they can incorporate into their presentations.

By simply dragging the MP3 File onto the screen it is instantly uploaded, which makes the maneuvering around the app simple and easy. The effects of "gain, normalize, silence , fade in and fade out" are easy to find and play with which is done well, whereas adding audio effects seems to be unavailable. I would use this app in the classroom when editing voice overs for videos or in class discussion. This would be by recording class discussions or video material and then getting the students to create a voice over explaining what is going on. The benefits of using this app for educational purposes is that it is easy to navigate for students that are at a basic level and learning to use a creative audio file. 
Although Audio tool may be quite limited for more capable music creators. 
It is easily accessible for students, which makes it beneficial to use within the classroom. It allows students to create a link between 
music and ICT within the curriculum. It gives people options to record or import multiple tracks, and edit their volume, sound quality, background noise and other common editing features. While it has some similarities to audacity in terms of the user interface, but is less intimidating for new users.

The lack of tutorials can be a bit odd, but it's got intuitive enough tools that anyone except the complete computer novice can use it effectively. The other big feature that ocenaudo boasts is that it has the same UI across platforms, meaning that someone familiar with Macs will be able to help out a windows user without having to find differences. 

Could be used in the classroom for music recording, or the production of speeches/podcasts either by students or by a teacher who wished to prepare a presentation ahead of time. The app enables you to record sound and add background music to complement visual material. iMovie is relatively simple to use and has a number of preset designs already embedded from which you are able to develop further. The most significant and somewhat obvious disadvantage is that this application can only be accessed using Apple products. The app is a lot simpler than Audacity and is already downloaded on most iOs devices.
What does it do less well?
It isn't free for those who haven't bought an iOs device.
How would you use it in your classroom?
Garage band would be a fun tool to use in music units. Its an easy way for students to play around with technology while simultaneously creating a music piece. lol

Its editing capability is quite limited compared to other audio-editing software, as to be expected from an in-browser app. 

How to use in a classroom?

What does the app do well?
The app creates audio materials that are of great quality and once you have created your audio you can easily share it by downloading it as a file in your choice of format. 

What does the app do less well? 
The app could be improved by making the tools more user friendly, when you first start off using the app of you do not follow a tutorial it is hard to get the hang of.

Would you use it in the classroom? How? 
It can be used to integrate music and ICT subjects as you can digitally play instruments and then use your ICT skills to edit and refine the audio.
