         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since the pucks are different sizes they will have a different mass. The force applied when someone pushes the puck and the mass of the puck affect how far the puck accelerates. The mass of the puck gives advantage because if you apply enough force when you push the puck across the board, then it causes the puck to accelerate faster or accelerate slower. There are no weight classes for shuffleboard.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Friction is desirable when the puck decelerates and when the force applied and friction balance each other out. Friction is undesirable when the puck does not stop in time to land on the point markers. If it doesn't stop then people won't score any points and the puck will just keep going until it falls off the board. </div>]]></description>
