2. I live in Burlington Mass and we get a pretty decent amount of snow. Two years ago, we got 101 inches of snow because of a blizzard! 
3. The part I liked most in the book was when "the reader" was playing in the snow with his dog.
4. The way "the reader's" feelings changed was that in the beginning, "the reader" seemed frustrated about pulling his sleigh up the mountain, but in the end, he seemed happy and refreshed.
