The phones are useful but electromagnetic waves is extremely

dangerous to pregnant women. Some are use phones all day, maybe they won’t

sleep enough. However, if we just inside with phones and not go out for a long

time, you’ll feel nervous about the world outside. If we use less electricity,

our environment will become fresh. Our air won’t have fine dust so our health still strong and work well.

We can use phones to searching and communicate with everyone but

if we use phone continuity, we cannot put our phones down. When you always use

technology, you won’t care about your family. Some are afraid of light, always

hide in the shade. Kids will use their phones to watch horror movie and become

a murder, it really dangerous. So, we can have internet addiction, that means the phone’s controlling you.

In my opinion, if phones are gone away of our lives, we can live better. We also can have a happy time with our family.
