They could not catch up to the facilitators pace at first but with time, they adapted to the elderly's pace and the activity was fun for everyone.


    Kids: It was hard at first as the kids didn't want to do their work and preferred to doodle on the paper but with some encouragement from the facilitators, they managed to calm the kids down by giving them candy to motivate them to do the work.

    I think that the facilitators should be more engaging for the students (plan more dynamic activities), and try to take things at a moderate pace so that everyone will be able to follow closely and ensure that no one is left behind.


    elderly:

    I think that the facilitators should connect more with the elderly, and equally divide their attention among all the elderly. the facils shoukd focus more on building a relationship with their beneficiaries instead of strictly focusing on getting the task completed, which is what happened.
