Elevator pitch - describing your business

An elevator pitch is a short consistent synopsis of your business usually in just a few sentences, a good elevator pitch conveys the problem you solve, the solution you provide and the people you do it for. elevator pitch needs to be interesting - tell me more, feel.

Pitch deck
Executive summary - goes into the business plan, covers what the business is and the market how big the market it etc. showing the need, using some underpinning data
Business plan - to demonstrate how they are going to grow the business and minimise the risk of losing the money
Financials - talk about the headlines of the forecast, grow from x to y. And show how thats do-able, must be able to substantiate it.
