Be aware although all images can be used one must read the usage terms as some need to be attributed in a specific manner

Also using creative commons to then search other websites for images/ videos that we can put into our workbook has been very useful.

You can filter to all images to those with creative commons license only. There was lots of generic dentistry and NHS pictures that could brighten up a multi media resource and break up any text
