This is a graph on Obamacare signups according to Fox News. This graph is considered misleading because the first bar of the graph is at 6,000,000 signups, and the second bar is at 7,066,000 signups, but according to the graph, the second bar is five times larger than the first bar. The second bar should have only been slightly larger than the first, but they wanted to make it seem as though they were much farther from their enrollment goal than what they actually were.
