I was definitely feeling stressed because I have a bunch of projects this coming week and I feel very short in time. This drawing definitely helped me de-stresss

I chose to make a bracelet because I enjoyed physically making something pretty. From picking out beads to placing them onto the string, it’s a simple task that keeps me engaged without any excess thinking. I felt stressed about time and everything I have to get done but I do think I’ll remember to slow down for a moment when I look at my bracelet.

Due to a lot of concerns in and from my medical problems, I have a lot of stress with surrounding aspects of my life and circumstances. Drawing gives me relief in a mindful way, and I am glad to have been able to participate. Thank you.

I picked puzzles because it helps to focus on something othat I dont have to create or think about like i do when i color sometimes. I also like it because It s is very hands on and I have a method to getting the puzzle done by finding the corner and border pieces.
