Since you know about me, I'll tell you too I live in Tuqueres Nariño. I live whit my mother. I live in the house. I am from Tuquerres Nariño, it is a small town in Nariño located in Pasto, near where I live is the University of Nariño and an institute. The town has a main hospital called San Jose, there they offer good service. In the town there is an indigenous council, they have trails to go for walks and lots of fun.

 

I will tell you my routine get up at 7 o’clock, after I have breakfast with twenty to eight. My breakfast usually have coffee, bread and fruit. After I go to work by bicycle and sometimes I take public transport also I have lunch at 2:30 in the afternoon, my lunch are rise, chicken or meat, potatoes, salad, fruit and juice. I usually go back my home at 5 o`clock. After work I get home I rest I talk with my mom and I watch series.After I dinner at 7 to the night, In my house we eat fruits or salad. I go to my bed at 9 in the night, On weekends I like to play sports, cook and study. Also I like to practice English a lot, but I don't do it due to lack of time, I dedicate about three hours every two days more or less

- What are the main touristic places in your city or town? 

The main touristic places in nariño are Santuario de Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Las Lajas, plaza de nariño and laguna de las cochas 

- What is the typical food in your city? 

The typical food in my city is the poleada.

 - What are the main ingredients of the typical food? 

The poleada is prepared with tender corn, ripe corn, beef, pastusa potato, long onion, salt, garlic and color.

-What are the main celebrations in your city/town?

 The main celebrations in my city are: Carnival of blacks and whites, multicolored carnival of the border, carnival of the reds and festival and reign of the currulao

-What do people do in those celebrations? 

People usually dance, sing, enjoy the culture of Nariño, go to traditional restaurants. They can also meet and be part of the carnivals.

- What activities can visitors do in your city or town?

 In my city visitors can visit the cathedrals and representative churches, museums, natural spaces, enjoy the restaurants and eat typical meals of the city.
