Vision: Their first project was something like Wallapop, but in one year they only got 50 sales. Then they started creating ecommerce for clients and saw that the stores they created generated more income in a month than what they charged to do them, so they thought about making their own.

Opportunities: They went with Knockaround, a Californian brand of glasses that was already triumphing among the public and celebrities. In Spain they were not sold, so they decided to try; With 300 euros they bought 27 glasses and resold them more expensive, and from there they continued to place larger orders. His biggest bet was to decide to stop selling the Californian brand's glasses and start manufacturing his own, so that the product, the decisions, the distribution, the brand and the margin would remain at home.

These opportunities were found by them, as they were testing the business model that would benefit them the most.
