I highly recommend Soldier Boy by Keely Hutton. If you like historical fiction based on wars, this book is for you! Soldier Boy is based on a true story about the Uganda civil war, and the book follows two characters throughout the story. In the Uganda civil war, the government is attacking villages to taking their supplies and killing thousands of people. People are force to defend their villages from the governments army or run away. Ricky, Samul, their family, and friends are force to make the right disson. If this book sounds interesting, you should get it!

Natalie lives in Florida and gets hit by hurricane Rueben which is based on Hurricane Katrina.

I recommend the book "Heroes" as a reading novel. I recommend this book because it has very good plot setting and very good characterization/development. It takes place in the attacks of pearl harbor on December 7^th 1941, where two boys are trying to get to safety from the hailstorm of machine gun fire and bombs. The setting also explains what it happening very well too. I can feel the setting because of how the author tells it using sensory words. But over all, it is a very good book and I recommend it to anyone looking for a world war 2 book or a good book at all. READ IT.

I recommend this book, it is about how a family and other people got trap in a cabin haunted by ghosts causing a snow storm. The kids and a ghost hunter have to figure out how to get back home before it's to late! The parents think it just a normal snow storm but the kids know better because they have experienced something like this before, just by them selves. Will they make it out? Or will they freeze to death? You must read to find out...(I honestly love how intense this book is, it's like I can feel what is happening.)

The take of society's opinion or expectations on women/girls and how they are perceived in this book make the story impactful towards girls of any age. Even if you are not a woman, this book has a great science twist and gets dark especially towards the end. The main character, Philomena, is a teenage girl living/attending the Innovations Academy. It is an all girls private school in the middle of nowhere, with a terrifying secret. I find this book to have some suspense build ups and even gets a little violent throughout the book. This book is also part of a trilogy, so if you enjoy good short series then I'd suggest you try out this book.

I didn't really enjoy this book much once I finished it, but if you are into reading fantasy, and long books, this is for you.

It's about a city that is old and run down, but they can't do much about it because they are trapped from the outside world, and the only way to free the city is to find the magic box. When people built the city, they set the box where it would open in 200 years, and they instructed the city mayors to pass it down when they are finished with being mayor.

One mayor was old and about to die, so he took the box home and tried to open it thinking that it help him, but he tragically died, and the box was nowhere to be found.

Our main characters Lina Mayfleet and Doon Harrow try to find out the cities secrets and history, but the corrupt mayor hides everything from the community. Will Lina and Doon find the box and free the city? I'm not going to tell you, read it if you want to find out.

I think the book, Monument 14, was very interesting. This book contains, thrill, tragedy, mystery, chills, romance, and more. This book is about how a hailstorm hit, and the school buses crashed into a megamart. The kids, elementary kids to high school kids, had to learn how to survive by themselves with the main character, Dean, has to be responsible for his little brother, Alex. I would highly recommend this book to the people who love survival and horror.

I recommend The Siren if you love romance books and just fantasy novels in general. This book was one of my favorites because it had a lot of very interesting parts and very romantic parts. It had a bunch of twists and turns that I did not see coming at the start and the end. In the story a girl falls in love with a guy she can't have, and he falls in love back. Its them two in love against the ocean. The ocean hates relationships and keeps them apart but that doesn't stop either of them from falling in love more.

I very much recommend this book after zero it is about a girl our age who's in middle school she is a very quiet girl and has a note book of tallies every time she talks she adds a tally her goal is zero tallies one problem is when people ask why she's doing it she doesn't have an answer or a real reason her mother hardly acts like a mother to her she finds out she had a family in fact she had two brother and a dad who she thought was still alive because of a vision her grandma old her to say nothing until her birthday now she had a reason but she wouldn't talk she was losing good friends of hers until she finds out... you'll have to read it to find out every person I know who has read this has loved this as a person who doesn't like reading i really enjoyed this book

I recommend this book Signs of Survival. This good for people who are interested in the Jews and Nazi's of the holocaust. It's about two sisters who had been taken away to a concentration camp. The sisters had been treated very bad and the deaf sister had her hair shaved because of lice. The girl who could hear had fallen ill and is about to die when the American soldiers break in and save her. The soldiers take then to an actual real doctor to get them both well and correctly treated. They both grow up in New York City with their rich aunt. After they grow up, they go back and visit the concentration camp their parents died at and the concentration camp they went to.

I recommend the book Day of tears by Julius Lester. This book is great if you like historical fiction I personally do not like a most historical fiction book, but I loved how this book shared all the charters side of the story. The book is about a dad who makes a promise to his kid that he would not sell any of these slaves that she has a close conation. But the father ends up breaking the promises and lives to regret it.

The story is about a guy named Wei Wuxian who comes back from the dead after 13 years by being summoned by a handsome man named Mo XuanYu and Wei Wuxian has to take revenge for Mo XuanYu by killing his family members since they hated him and treated him badly all throughout his life. Reading this book is really entertaining, funny, sad, and a lot more emotions! This book will keep you busy and entertained .

I would recommend the book A Heart in A Body in the World by Deb Caletti to people who are interested in books where the main character is always stressed out. Feeling the need to be a better and perfect person, and someone who no matter what happens or how much they try they will feel like they'll never be good enough, even if they do they'd feel like they need to be more than enough becaause they were once perfect. Every chapter, the book usually tells you a random fun fact, such as in one of the pages it said something about how hands are meant to perfectly hold each other, just like hearts.

I recommend Ruta Sepetys' "Between Shades of Gray" if you like historical fiction with war. It follows the main character, Lina, and her family as they get deported to another country. While being historical fiction, some of the parts in book have happened. Between Shades of Gray is heartbreaking, it's one of the few books I've cried to. It shines a light on things I never gave much thought to. I'm not big into historical fiction that is set in war, but Ruta Sepetys has made me want to read more of these types of books.

Then after the try out he was waiting for his name to get called . then the last pick was Danny. He was so proud of him self and even his parents. I would recommend the book After Zero to people who like realistic fiction or books with lots of twists and turns and mysteries. In this story a 12-year-old girl named Elise is keeping track of how many words she says per-day and for every word she says she keeps a tally. It's near the end of the year and Elise is trying to find ways to not speak to people. She knows her father died to a drunk driver but one Saturday night she sees her mom in the shed where the past owners of the house gardening equipment were. Elise went inside the shed and found all of these things that weren't hers like baby toys, pictures of 2 boys, the names "Eustace" and " Emerson". She is wondering who and what these things are until her mom is watching from behind and tells her they "were" her brothers. After the confrontation with her mom Elise runs away from home and into the woods trying to find where Granny P, Eustace, and Emerson. While trying to find the house she confronts 3 teenagers who steal her things, but she manages to run away. After a long time of walking, she hears a jig and follows the sound to a house at the bottom of a hill, a house that's seems to have Eustace, Emerson, and Granny P. She starts running around the hill trying to find the path she saw but she can't find it anymore. She then collapses down to the ground and starts crying until an old woman who seems like Granny P comforts her and tells her she is going to see her brother on her 13th birthday, which is in 6 days, and not to speak until then. After she starts walking trying to find an exit out of the forest until she gets into the backyard of Fin and Conn, the new kids at school. She plans to leave as soon as she can but accidentally gets invited to stay until her birthday. There's more to this book and I recommend you read it. It's very enjoyable and there's lots of things that are intesting in it.

The Perfect Fit is about 3 billionaires who have dark desires, and they are looking for a girl to fit their wants/desires, The 3 billionaires have a unique lifestyle, and no girlfriend has made it past 3 months dating them, until they find Lilly Sloane. Once they find Lilly, they discover that she is The Perfect Fit. However, Lilly has been keeping secrets from the 3 billionaires and they think they found out what the secrets were and made a terrible decision of breaking up with Lilly. Later the 3 billionaires discover they made a mistake and regret breaking up with Lilly. They beg Lilly to come back and once they do; they are determined to not let her go again. In Conclusion this is an amazing book, and I think if you read it, you would love it. unless you hate romance.

If you are okay with weird romance then this will be ok and you will like this. Emika the main character is a hacker and is hired by a famous celebrity to track down a person who is messing with their game. Warcross is a mystery and has two books after it, once you start you won't be able to stop reading. Loved it until I found out who the bad guy was now I need to find the next book.
